Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Payment terms vary by service and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and approved e-wallets

Cancellations and Changes

Refund Policy

• No-shows: No refund

Weather-Related Cancellations

We understand that weather conditions can significantly impact outdoor activities like the Mount Batur sunrise trek. In cases where we determine that weather conditions are unsafe:

• Heavy rain, storms, or dangerous conditions: Full refund or free rescheduling to an alternative date
• Light rain or fog: The tour typically proceeds as planned, but you may request to reschedule once without penalty
• Volcanic activity: If authorities restrict access to Mount Batur due to volcanic activity, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

The decision to cancel due to weather is made by our guides and management based on safety assessments. We will notify you as early as possible if we need to cancel your tour.

Medical Emergencies

We understand that medical emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency:

• Provide a medical certificate or doctor's note
• Notify us as soon as possible before the service date
• We will offer a full refund or credit for future use

Service Disruptions

If we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control (e.g., guide unavailability, vehicle breakdown):

• We will first attempt to provide an equivalent alternative service
• If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund

Partial Refunds

Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions apply to all reservations made through SaudiArabia-Travel.org. By making a booking, you agree to these conditions.

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. To complete a booking, we require:

• Full names of all travelers (as they appear on passports/IDs)
• Contact information (email and phone number)
• Preferred travel dates and times
• Group size and composition (adults, children, infants)
• Special requirements (dietary needs, mobility issues, medical conditions)
• Accommodation details (hotel name and address for pickup)

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking request. The booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation email with your booking reference number.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

• Standard tours: Full payment due 48 hours before the service date
• Custom packages: 50% deposit required to confirm, balance due 7 days before arrival
• Peak season bookings: Full payment required at time of booking

We accept the following payment methods:

• E-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana)

Group Bookings

Violation of these guidelines may result in termination of your participation without refund.

Liability and Insurance

• We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death arising from activities, except where caused by our negligence

Photography and Media

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather conditions
• Political unrest, terrorism, or civil disturbances
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government actions or restrictions
